Request Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how users of the ProductionPro mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your ProductionPro account and data, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to info.notchfashion@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – ProductionPro”
  3. In the email body, include:
    • Your registered email address
    • Your name (as used in the app)
    • Optional: reason for deletion

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • User account information (name, email, phone number)
  • Authentication credentials
  • App usage data linked to your account
  • Any user-generated content associated with your account

Data Retention

Certain data may be retained for a limited period if required to:

  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • Maintain security, fraud prevention, or audit logs

Such data will be securely stored and automatically deleted after the required retention period, typically within 30–90 days.

Processing Time

Account and data deletion requests are usually completed within 7–14 business days after verification.
